Welcome to my current go-to meal: some combination of pasta, butter, olive oil, garlic, spinach, basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella, often paired with garlic bread and a salad with balsamic vinegar. Alas, I’ll get sick of it soon and move onto something else.
I’m dying to put my jasmine and basmati rice to use, if I could only get a curry sauce to taste right. Will have to bust out my drool-worthy Best Ever Curry Cookbook which I was just oohing and ahhing over the other morning while having my morning coffee (the pictures are beautiful). Have yet to cook from it but I’m determined to give it a shot any day now.
