Cheese & Chocolate

April 19, 2009

The fondue was a success! Especially the cheese dip, omg it tasted so gourmet. It was made with Swiss, smoked Butterkase, and Blue cheese, white whine, green onions, mustard powder, rosemary, and garlic juice (and served with broccoli, carrots, celery, and two kinds of bread). For desert, we had Ghirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate with strawberries, bananas, and cheesecake.

:) My boyfriend and I did. It’s really easy though; just melt stuff in a fondue pot and dip fruit, bread, and veggies in it!
